According to the official release, "A mysterious confrontation draws heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where hints of prohibited practices and fearsome metamorphoses resonate through the obscurity." The narrative introduces a "oddly garbed woman named Ada" who assigns the duo with venturing into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a secret cult.

The questline concentrates on "strange trials and a terrifying adversary" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The preview features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was formerly where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The preview finishes with a striking moment showing a character, probably the prisoner, morphing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
